April 07, 2021 (MLN): Archroma Pakistan Limited (ARPL) has informed via notification to Exchange that the company has appointed Mr M. Veqar Arif as Chairman of the Board.

As per the notice, the company has reappointed Mr Mujtaba Rahim as the Chief Executive Officer of the company w.e.f. 1^st April 2021 for a period of three years, at a managerial remuneration of R 47 million per annum in addition to the perquisites and other entitlements arising under his contract of employment with the company, including bonus, transportation, medical expenses, retirement benefits and such other benefits as per company’s policies and services rules.

The above remuneration shall be subject to such increment, bonuses adjustments and other entitlements as may be granted at any time and from time to time by the board of directors of the company and /or in accordance with the policies and services Rules of the company for the time being in force, the notice said.
