Arif Elahi acquires another 0.15m shares of Cordoba Logistics

July 12, 2024 (MLN): Arif Elahi has acquired another 150,000 shares or 0.21% of the total issued and paid-up capital of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL).

CLVL shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.

Elahi is the father of Danish Elahi who is the Director/CEO and owns 73.63% shares in the company.

Earlier this month, Elahi had acquired a combined 0.4m shares of CLVL.
