Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs1,800 per tola

September 22, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs455,736 per tola, down Rs1,800.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs390,720 after a decline of Rs1,543, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs358,173 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs7,038 per tola (-Rs62) and Rs6,033 per 10-gram (-Rs54).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,318 an ounce, down $50.5 or 1.16% from the previous session, pressured by expectations that US interest rates will remain elevated for an extended period, with market participants awaiting fresh signals from Federal Reserve officials on the policy path ahead.
