Amalgamation of NIB Bank Limited with and into MCB Bank Limited

In a statements issued to all the relevant stakeholders, NIB and MCB Bank announced that,
“We are pleased to inform you that the State Bank of Pakistan (“SBP”) vide its sanction Order dated June 13, 2017 has approved the amalgamation of NIB Bank Limited (“NIB”) with and into MCB Bank Limited (“MCB”) and that it will be effective as of the Effective Date, to be announced separately.”
