Air Link partners with IMIKI Corporation to pioneer smart wearable manufacturing in Pakistan

June 05, 2024 (MLN): Air Link Communication Limited (PSX: AIRLINK) has signed a momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with IMIKI Corporation to manufacture smart wearable devices.

This information was disseminated through notification to the PSX today in which the company's filing stated, "We are proud to announce that Muzzaffar Hayat Piracha, CEO Air Link Communication Limited (“Airlink”) is privileged to have accompanied the Honourable Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, on a landmark visit to China, where has signed MOU with IMIKI Corporation."

Yet another initiative of Airlink is paving the way for innovation and technological advancement in Pakistan.

The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed delegates, including Federal Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, Federal Minister for Industries and Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for Privatisation, Abdul Aleem Khan, and Federal Secretary of the Board of Investment, Rahim Hayat Qureshi.

This collaboration signifies a crucial step forward in solidifying the technological partnership between Pakistan and China.
