Air Link Communication Ltd incorporates some changes in its Draft Prospectus

February 13, 2020 (MLN): Air Link Communication Limited has incorporated some changes in the Draft Prospectus of the Issuer through its Consultant.

The Company has placed the Revised Draft Prospectus of the Issuer on the Website of the Exchange under caption “Public Comments on the Revised Draft Prospectus of Air Link Communication Limited” for seeking public comments.

Earlier, the Company had applied for a listing at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), and therefore submitted a Draft Prospects for the issue of shares to High-Net-Worth Individuals/ Institutional Inventors through Book Building, followed by the issue of shares to the General Public/ Retail Investors.

The original Prospectus entailed issuance of 90 million ordinary shares, having a face value of PKR 10 each. Moreover, the entire issue was to be offered through Book Building at a floor price of PKR 50 per share (including a premium of PKR40 per share) with an upper limit of 40% above the floor price.

By virtue of this IPO, the company was intending to raise Rs. 4.5 billion.
