Saif Textile Mills sees major stake boost

November 21, 2025 (MLN): Saif Textile Mills Limited (PSX:SAIF) has undergone a significant shift in its shareholding structure as investor Muhammad Hussain acquired 2,450,000 voting shares on October 23, 2025.

The shares were purchased at a price of Rs. 26.09 per share, according to the company's statement issued today.

With this transaction, Hussain’s total holding has risen to 3,391,994 shares, giving him 12.84% of the company’s issued voting shares.

Before the deal, his stake stood at 941,994 shares.
