Pakistan's petroleum prices lowest in region, world

March 17, 2021: Petroleum prices in Pakistan are currently the lowest in comparison to other countries in the region and the world, which shows government's resolve to provide maximum relief to masses.      

According to latest statistics, the petroleum prices in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Germany, and the United Kingdom are much higher than Pakistan.

Petrol price in Pakistan is point seventy (.70) US dollar while in India it is 1.26 US dollar, China 1.03, Nepal 0.95, Bangladesh 1.05, Sri Lanka 0.83, Germany 1.64, and UK 1.70 dollars.    

The government is focusing on the welfare of the people while determining the petroleum prices in the country.  Prime Minister Imran Khan has already rejected the summary for revision of petrol prices for three times in a row.

The Petroleum prices fixed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Government are the lowest as compared to previous governments of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and the Pakistan People's Party.
