Pakistan, Iran seek stronger economic, trade ties

June 05, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan and Iran to explore avenues for enhanced cooperation, particularly in the economic and trade sectors.

This was discussed during an interdepartmental meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad.

The meeting reaffirmed the importance of fostering ties based on mutual respect, shared interests, and regional stability.
