LSE Capital exits Ensmile Limited

July 30, 2025 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has officially completed its exit from Ensmile Limited, the 3-D dental aligner and AI-driven treatment planning company, following the receipt of the final payment from the firm’s original founders.
In a formal statement, LSE Capital confirmed that its entire holding in Ensmile has been acquired by the company's two co-founders, in line with the previously agreed terms of divestment.
The transaction marks the culmination of LSE Capital’s investment journey in the dental tech startup.
The divestment signifies a full return of ownership to the founding team, who are expected to continue steering Ensmile’s innovation-driven growth in the dental health and orthodontics sector.
The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
