LSE Capital acquires 10% stake in JJVL

August 11, 2025 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Jamshoro Joint Venture Limited (JJVL).
JJVL has recently entered into an agreement with Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) to restart LPG production, positioning it as the largest private sector LPG producer in Pakistan.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
LSECL is licensed as a Modaraba Management company, besides
carrying the license to act as a consultant to the issue for the IPOs and
corporate finance advisory services.
It managed the erstwhile Modaraba Al-Mali, which was merged
in LSE Capital during May 2024.
It is now planning to launch a new Modaraba fund under the name of Modaraba Al-Tameer, which will invest in real estate projects and emerging technology companies.
