Gul Ahmed moves to acquire Nooriabad industrial site

November 20, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited (PSX: GATM) approved the acquisition of Plot No. A-44 in Sindh Industrial Trading Estates Ltd (SITE), Nooriabad, District Jamshoro, according to the company's statement issued today.

The acquisition includes the land, building, plant, machinery, allied equipment, fittings, and all appurtenances on the site, in line with applicable laws and subject to completion of necessary corporate, regulatory and legal formalities.

The Chief Executive Officer acting singly or the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary acting jointly are authorized to undertake all acts, deeds and steps required to complete the transaction.
