Gold price in Pakistan rises Rs1,100 per tola

August 29, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Friday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs363,700 per tola, up Rs1,100.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs311,814 after a gain of Rs943, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted higher at Rs285,839 per 10-gram.

 

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs4,121 per tola and Rs3,533 per 10-gram.

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,407 an ounce, down $7 or 0.21% from the previous session.

Gold prices edged lower on Friday, but were set for a monthly gain ahead of U.S. inflation data that will provide more cues on the Federal Reserve's rate cut trajectory.
