Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs2,400 per tola

September 17, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs388,600 per tola, down Rs2,400.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs333,161 after a decline of Rs2,058, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs305,408 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs4,387 per tola (-Rs109) and Rs3,761 per 10-gram (-Rs93).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,666 an ounce, down $28.1 or 0.76% from the previous session.

Gold eased on Wednesday due to a slight uptick in the dollar and profit-taking after bullion touched a record high in the previous session on expectations of a Federal Reserve interest rate cut.
