Gold closes at Rs109,900 per tola, up by Rs500

May 25, 2021 (MLN): Following an upward pattern, the valuable yellow metal witnessed a surge in demand as it gained Rs500 in today’s session to conclude at Rs109,900 per tola in the domestic bullion market.
According to the Karachi Sarafa Association, gold price per 10 gram clocked in at Rs94,222 up by Rs429 from Rs93793 per 10gm in the previous trade.
Simultaneously, the silver prices also moved up by Rs40 to close at Rs1460 per tola while price of 10gm silver increased by Rs34.29 to stand at Rs1460.
In the global market, gold prices remained somehow stable as they witnessed a small increment of $2 to trade at $1,884 per ounce, while silver was valued at $27.64 per ounce.
