Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited moves to acquire shares of Apna Microfinance Bank Limited

March 10, 2026 (MLN): Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited has filed a Public Announcement of Intention to acquire shares and control of Apna Microfinance Bank Limited, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act 2015 and the Listed Companies Regulations, 2017.

Arif Habib Limited has been appointed as Manager to the Offer on behalf of Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited, the Acquirer in the proposed transaction.

The Public Announcement of Intention is set to be published in one English and one Urdu language newspaper within two working days of the filing.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
