July 22,2025 (MLN): First Dawood Properties Limited (PSX: FDPL) has successfully completed construction of its first property project in Ayubia Commercial, Phase VII (Ext.), DHA, Karachi.

The company now seeks commercial tenant(s) to earn rental/Riba-free income.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

FDPL is a Public Company incorporated in Pakistan under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now replaced with the Companies Act, 2017).

The Company is primarily engaged in the business of real estate, properties, and/or any other businesses as mentionedin its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
