September 1, 2021 (MLN): Escorts Investment Bank Limited has received a notice of Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) to acquire more than 50% shares and control of the Bank from M. Munir M. Ahmed Khanani Securities Limited.
M. Munir M. Ahmed Khanani Securities Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the Offer by Mr. Syed Sabur Rehman (Chairman, Progressive Group) and J.R.Dallas Wealth Management.
