Jubilee Spinning pursues NOC from NBP

July 21, 2025 (MLN): Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd. (PSX: JUBS) has reported that the management is actively pursuing the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) to obtain the No Objection Certificate (NOC).

The NOC is the only remaining requirement for the approval of Form-26 related to the proposed change of company name.

In its progress report the company expressed confidence in receiving the NOC from NBP soon.

Upon receipt, the NOC will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), followed by an application for the Certified True Copy of the Memorandum of Association.
