Dolmen City REIT cashes in on stability

October 30, 2025 (MLN): Dolmen City REIT (PSX: DCR) has delivered a strong performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, posting a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs1.39 billion, up 24% from Rs1.11bn in the same period last year.

The company’s total revenue grew 14.2% YoY to Rs1.56bn, driven by a 19% increase in rental income to Rs1.53bn.

However, marketing income dropped sharply by 62% to Rs31.8 million, reflecting lower event and promotional activity during the quarter.

Administrative and operating expenses fell significantly by 43.5%, easing to Rs172m from Rs305m last year.\

This efficiency contributed to a 31% rise in net operating income, reaching Rs1.39bn.

Other income decreased by 46% to Rs49m, while total management and trustee-related expenses rose 30.7% to Rs56m.

Earnings per unit (EPU) improved 24.5%, rising to Rs0.6229 compared to Rs0.5005 in the same period last year.
