Bawany Air Products begins operations, receives auditor Nod

July 16, 2025 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited (PSX: BAPL) has received an auditor certificate confirming that the company has commenced operations in accordance with its principal line of business.

The certificate has been submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) along with a request for the company's removal from the non-compliant segment.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

BAPL is a public limited Company incorporated in Pakistan on August 16, 1978 and was registered under the Companies Act 1913, now the Companies Act, 2017.

The principal activities of the Company are production and trading of oxygen gas, dissolved acetylene and nitrogen gas.
