Worldcall Services gets closer to NASDAQ listing

October 05, 2023 (MLN): Worldcall Services Limited (WSL), parent to Worldcall Telecom Limited (WTL), on Thursday announced that it has achieved a major milestone in NASDAQ listing through a US Entity, the latest filing by WTL on the PSX showed.

The regulator has completed the review of Registration Statement and Financial Statements filed by the company with no further requirements.

Moreover, the company has received formal intimation to this effect.

"WSL expects the listing process to be completed shortly." the notice added.

To note, this is in continuation to WTL’s previous announcements, wherein its parent company has been undergoing the listing process for over a year.

Before this announcement, the scrip price of WTL was trading around Rs1.39 per share.
