Unity Foods owns 100% shares of Sunridge Foods

June 11, 2021 (MLN): Unity Foods Limited (UNITY) has informed via a notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that the company has owned 100% shares of Sunridge Foods (Pvt.) Limited.

In the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 22, 2021, shareholders had approved the acquisition of 16,467,818 ordinary shares of Sunridge Foods (Pvt.) Limited, a subsidiary company. The said acquisition constituted 31% shares of Sunridge Foods (Pvt.) Limited.
