UDPL sells 40% stake in FMC United to FMC Corporation

March 21, 2025 (MLN): United Distributors Pakistan Limited (PSX: UDPL) has completed the sale of 1.64 million ordinary shares, representing 40% of the issued and paid-up share capital of FMC United (Private) Limited, to FMC Corporation, an existing shareholder.

The transaction was finalized on March 20, 2025, at a consideration equivalent to the PKR value of $1.59 per share.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

UDPL was incorporated in Pakistan as a Public Company limited by shares.

Its principal business activities are manufacturing, trading and distribution of pesticides, fertilizers and other allied products.
