UBLPEFT creation & redemption halted temporarily on May 29–30

May 29, 2025 (MLN): The UBL Pakistan Enterprise Index (UPP9) will undergo a temporary suspension of the creation and redemption process of the UBL Pakistan Enterprise Exchange Traded Fund (PSX: UBLPETF).

This suspension will be in effect for two days — May 29, 2025 and May 30, 2025, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The company will intimate the exchange once the temporary suspension period is over.

UBLPETF aims to track the performance of the Benchmark index in order to provide long-term capital appreciation and dividends yield to the investors.

The fund aims to track the performance of top 9 companies with highest free float market capitalization of KSE-100 index (excluding Oil and Gas sector companies).
