TPLP's HKC Private Limited receives construction permit for new project in Sindh

March 06, 2023 (MLN): HKC Private Limited, a subsidiary of TPL REIT Management Company Limited, received a Construction Permit from the Sindh Building Control Authority on March 3rd, 2023, the company's filing on PSX showed today.

The permit was granted following the approval of the Architectural Concept Plan and Structural NOC earlier.

The company plans to begin the piling work for the project soon and aims to complete the construction within the next 3 years. This news has been met with enthusiasm from stakeholders who are eager to see the project come to fruition.
