TPL Trakker Limited soon to be listed at PSX through IPO

November 29, 2019 (MLN): TPL Corporation Limited (TPL) via notification to PSX has announced that the board of directors of TPL Trakker Limited (TPLT) which is a whole subsidiary, has granted its approval for listing at PSX.

For submission its listing application to PSX and SECP, TPLT will be offering 115,719,500 ordinary shares of the face value of Rs10 each, for Rs12 through Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a fixed price.
