TPL Trakker kicks off ownership transfer to Gargash

September 27, 2024 (MLN): Following the signing of definitive agreements, the ownership transfer process between Trakker Middle East LLC and Gargash Group has started, TPL Trakker's filing on PSX informed.
Gargash Group intends to acquire a 50.1% equity stake in Trakker Middle East LLC, with the transfer and share issuance expected to be completed by October 2024.
TPL Trakker anticipates that this strategic partnership will accelerate growth and strengthen its market position, setting the stage for long-term success.
