Three individuals acquire 10.26% stake in Agha Steel

April 10, 2023 (MLN): Mr. Saad Iqbal, Mr. Danish Iqbal, and Ms. Natasha Iqbal have collectively acquired 62.05 million shares in Agha Steel Industries Ltd. (PSX: AGHA) which constitutes 10.26% of the company's total share capital, the company's filing on PSX showed today.
Mr. Saad Iqbal and Mr. Danish Iqbal have acquired 20.66 million shares each, while Ms. Natasha Iqbal has acquired 20.71 million shares, as per the details.
The acquisition of such a significant stake by these individuals is expected to have a positive impact on Agha Steel Industries Ltd. and could potentially lead to further growth and development for the company.
