PABC approves Rs621m acquisition in Alfalah Agri-Cultivation Fund
Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited (PSX:PABC) has approved the acquisition of 60% of the units of Alfalah Agri-Cultivation Fund – I, a private equity fund, from Liberty Mills Limited, an associate of PABC, for Rs 621m.
