PABC concludes acquisition of 60% stake in Alfalah Agri-Cultivation Fund

March 06, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited (PSX: PABC) has concluded the acquisition of 60% of the units of Alfalah Agri-Cultivation Fund – I from Liberty Mills Limited.

The transaction, first disclosed by the company on December9, 2025, has now been formally completed, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The Fund is engaged in modern, mechanized, and sustainable corporate farming initiatives in Pakistan.

Its investment is in Terra Crop Innovations (Pvt) Ltd targeting agricultural development in the Cholistan Desert aimed at boosting food security, increasing agricultural exports, and supporting import substitution.

PABC had acquired the 60% stake from Liberty Mills Limited, an associate of the company, for Rs 621 million.
