Summit Bank appoints Mr Waseem Mehdi as Chairman of the BoD

September 11, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Summit Bank Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Waseem Mehdi Syed as the Chairman of the Board.

The Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Ahsan Raza Durrani as the Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank until December 31, 2020.

Moreover, Mr. Muhammad Amin Bhoori has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank in place of Syed Imran Hashmi with effect from September 10, 2020.
