SSGC relieves Acting Managing Director M.Amin Rajput from the position

January 11, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has relieved Mr. Muhammad Amin Rajput from the post of Acting Managing Director (AMD) of the Company, with effect from January 10, 2019, disclosed a formal announcement issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The aforementioned was decided on the request of Mr. Rajput himself, in an emergent meeting which took place yesterday (January 10, 2019).

The notification apprises that he will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of SSGC.

Further on, the Board has assigned Mr. Imran Farookhi the Acting Charge of Managing Director (AMD) for a period of 90 days, or until the appointment of regular Managing Director, whichever happens earlier.
