SNBL announces call option of Rs3bn

November 2, 2022 (MLN): Soneri Bank Limited (SNBL) has announced the call option in respect of the listed, rated, subordinated unsecured certificates in the aggregate amount of Rs3 billion to Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited, the company’s filings on the stock exchange showed on Wednesday.

Furthermore, on the redemption date company will redeem in full the entire principal outstanding amount of PKR 2,991,600,000 along with accrued profit.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs10, increased by Rs0.20 or 2.04% DoD.
