Sitara Developers acquires 100,000 SITC shares on PSX

April 09, 2025 (MLN): Sitara Developers (Private) Limited has purchased 100,000 shares of Sitara Chemical Industries Limited (PSX: SITC) at Rs370.00 per share through the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited on April 08, 2025.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

SITC was incorporated in Pakistan on September 08, 1981 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017).

The principal activities of the Company are operating Chlor Alkali plant, Oleo chehmical plant and yarn spinning unit.
