Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited buys plot worth Rs. 150 million from outgoing CEO

In a course filing, Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited (STPL) today announced that the board has approved resignation of Mr. Abdur Rahim as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company with effect from 24^th May, 2018.

Furthermore, the company has appointed Mr. Munir Qureshi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer in place of Mr. Rahim and Mr. Abdul Wahab as the Director of the Company.

The note also mentions, the “Board has considered and approved to purchase a piece of Land measuring 70-2-38 Acre, located at Tehsil Hub, District Lasbella of Balochistan at a lump sum value of Rs. 150 million from Mr. Abdur Rahim.”
