Senate reviews details of 100,000 jobs announced by Qatari govt

November 9, 2018 (MLN): The Senate Standing Committee on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (MOP&HRD), headed by Senator Hilal-ur-Rehman, was held on Thursday to review details of 100,000 jobs announced by the Qatari Government for Pakistan.
The Committee was informed that (MOP&HRD) is making all out efforts to convince the Ministry of Labour of Qatar to provide the remaining quota of announced jobs to Pakistanis as early as possible.
In order to facilitate recruitment from Pakistan, it was revealed that a ‘Qatari Visa Centre” will be established.
