SBCA revokes provisional NOC for Bahria Town Karachi project

October 23, 2023 (MLN): The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has cancelled the provisional NOC for sale and advertisement of the Project "BAHRIA TOWN KARACHI" of BAHIRA TOWN (PRIVATE) LIMITED (DL-3069) with immediate effect, according to the letter issued to Bahria Town said.

The aforementioned development took place due to the non-payment of scrutiny fees,

"I am directed to inform you that, you have failed to clear your does due to dishonouring your cheques, details of which had been communicated to you through the Show-cause notice referred to above but even you failed to respond to the show-case justice referred to above," the letter reads.

Bahria Town has been shaping real estate landscapes in Pakistan since the company’s inception in 1996.
