September 05, 2026 (MLN): APAG’s public subscription has successfully closed with the offering oversubscribed by more than 183.38%, showing strong investor interest in the company and its future prospects.

According to the company, the remarkable response demonstrates the confidence investors have placed in its business, brands and growth journey.

APAG thanked all investors who participated in the public subscription and contributed to the milestone.

Earlier, APAG’s book-building process also received a strong response from investors, with the issue oversubscribed by 1.84 times and closing at a strike price of Rs33 per share.

Commenting on the successful completion of the book-building process, APAG’s sponsors and management welcomed the company’s new shareholders and expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response.

“This is more than a milestone; it marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for APAG,” the company said, adding that the journey was only just beginning.
