RPL's subsidiary RSTPML proposes subscription for 70m right shares

May 24, 2024 (MLN): Roshan Packages Limited (PSX: RPL) has received an offer letter from its wholly-owned subsidiary Roshan Sun Tao Paper Mills Limited (RSTPML) for a subscription of 70,000,000 right shares at a Par value of Rs10 each.
Accordingly, the subscription amount will be adjusted against the amount receivable from RSTPML.
RPL updated about this development in its latest filing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
It is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of corrugation and flexible packaging materials.
At the time of writing, the company's stock is being traded at Rs15.59, down by 13 paisa or 0.93% compared to the previous close.
