PSX to implement re-composed PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index by December 31

December 22, 2020 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has carried-out the exercise of re-composition of PSX-KMI ALL SHARE ISLAMIC INDEX for the review period January 01, 2020, to June 30, 2020.
The re-composition has been carried out on the basis of the criteria of selection of companies as detailed in the brochure of PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index of Pakistan which can be seen on PSX’s website.
As per the notification, the recomposed PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index of Pakistan will comprise 209 companies, in aggregate, out of which 19 new companies have entered the Index, whereas, 26 companies have been removed from the Index. Enclosed herewith the list with complete details of inclusion and exclusion of the recomposed Index.
It is pertinent to mention that the recomposed index will be implemented from December 31, 2020.
