PSX shifts Pace (Pakistan) Ltd from 'Defaulters’ Segment' to 'Normal Counter'

December 24, 2020 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange has shifted Pace (Pakistan) Limited from “Defaulters’ Segment” to “Normal Counter” with effect from Thursday, December 4, 2020, as the company has rectified regulatory default by paying the Annual Listing Fee for two years.
The Stock Exchange had earlier placed the company in the defaulters’ segment from November 9, 2020 on account of default of clause 5.11.1.(e) of PSX Regulations i.e. failure to pay Annual Listing Fee for Two years.
Furthermore, the company has been advised to abide with all applicable Rules and Regulations of the Exchange and observe due care in future with respect to compliance and regulatory requirements.
