PSX arranges mock session to test the functionality of Exchange Traded Funds

December 12, 2019 (MLN): The IT division of the Pakistan Stock Exchange has arranged a MOCK SESSION on Saturday December 7, 2019, to test the functionality of Exchange Traded Funds.

General ETFs are funds that aim to track returns of specific benchmark indexes by investing in the constituents of the Index. It combines the characteristics of both open-ended mutual funds and traded securities.

According to the notice issued by PSX, the participants will be requested to trade in both the PSX-ETF and the constituents of underlying basket during the mock session.
