July 27, 2026 (MLN): Fauji Foods Limited (PSX: FFL) posted its highest-ever H1 revenue of Rs16.77 billion for H1'2026, up 12.6% over the same period last year (SPLY).

Despite the adverse inflationary impact on overall consumption, the company delivered growth across its entire portfolio, validating its strategy for long-term, sustainable, margin-accretive growth.

Nurpur continued to gain market share, recording its highest-ever H1 share for 2026 with revenue growth of 6%. Channel and route-to-market strategies drove volume growth in the Dairy and Cereals categories, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The broad basing of the portfolio has helped Fauji Foods own multiple culinary occasions in consumers' daily routines. In line with its margin-accretive growth strategy, the company has built strong export value-added platforms with China to drive future growth.

Prioritizing long-term growth, the company increased its marketing spend by 9% over SPLY. While inflation has had a clear impact on cost, the company plans to address this through a combination of pricing, efficiency projects, and new business opportunities.

The drop in PAT for the period is expected to recover as these planned interventions take effect over the balance of the year.

Revenue rose from Rs11.16bn in H1'2024 to Rs14.88bn in H1'2025 and Rs16.77bn in H1'2026. Gross profit increased from Rs2.13bn to Rs2.74bn and Rs2.84bn over the same periods.

EBITDA stood at Rs1.09bn, Rs1.31bn, and Rs1.24bn in H1'2024, H1'2025, and H1'2026, respectively, while PAT stood at Rs337m, Rs734m, and Rs560m over the same periods.

The broad basing of the portfolio to include Cereals and Pasta will continue to deliver growth in both topline and bottom-line.

Driven by its vision of "Unleashing Pakistan's promise in everything we touch," the company continues to invest in growth and capability, with confidence that the business has the right levers to deliver long-term, profitable growth.
