PREMA embraces ISO 22000 certification

May 11, 2020 (MLN): PREMA At-Tahur Limited, a dairy products company, has recently been certified ISO 22000 by the TUV Austria besides ISO 9001. TUV Austria evaluated, assessed, and certified the company’s conformity with customer food safety requirements for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) dealing with food safety.

According to the notification to PSX, ISO 22000 certifies that At-Tahur Limited plans, implements, operates, maintains a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) providing products and services that are safe, and in compliance with global statutory and regulatory food safety requirements.

Moreover, the company is certified with Halal, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, PFA, and PSQCA certificates.
