July 20, 2026 (MLN): Reliance Weaving Mills Limited has entered a new line of business involving the manufacture and sale of home products and home textiles as part of its strategic business diversification plan, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The expansion is aimed at broadening the company's product portfolio, strengthening and diversifying its revenue base, enhancing market competitiveness, and creating sustainable long-term value for stakeholders.

The company noted that the initiative is expected to support future growth while reinforcing its long-term business resilience and sustainability.

The disclosure was made under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations concerning material information.
