PKR gains 44 paisa in early trade

July 06, 2022 (MLN): The Pakistani rupee (PKR) has once again joined an upward trail, hoping to receive a bailout package from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) soon as the currency in the interbank market made gains of 44 paisa against the greenback in early trade.

The rupee was quoted at 206.59/207.09 [10:16 PST] when compared to the previous close of 206.94 per USD.
