PHDL board approves solvency declaration for voluntary winding-up

December 03, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited (PSX: PHDL), in their meeting held yesterday, approved a declaration of solvency concerning the voluntary winding-up of the company.

Additionally, the board considered and recommended to the company's members the appointment of liquidators—Mohsin Ferozuddin, Masroor F. Baweja, Muzaffar Baweja, Zaheer Baweja, and Zubairuddin Baweja—without any remuneration.

The board also approved convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on December 31, 2024, where both agendas will be presented to the members for approval.
