Pearl Securities requests extension for acquisition of 5.9 mln shares of Data Textiles

December 14, 2018 (MLN): On behalf of their client, Pearl Securities Limited has requested an extension of 90 days in the Public Announcement of Intention to acquire 5.9 million shares of Data Textiles Limited (59.538%).

In a public announcement issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Pearl Securities adds that the new management still intends to commensurate the transaction but is unable to do so owing to legal petition filed in Lahore High Court for winding up of Company.
