PCAL shareholders to get 10% bonus shares as interim dividend

June 16, 2023 (MLN): The board of directors (BoD) of Pakistan Cables Limited (PSX: PCAL) in their meeting today have approved interim bonus shares in proportion of 1 share(s) for every 10 share(s) held i.e. 10 %, the company’s filing on PSX revealed.
Moreover, the share transfer books of the company for Interim bonus shares will remain closed from June 24 to June 25, 2023 (both days inclusive).
PCAL is engaged in the manufacturing of copper rods, wires, cables and conductors, aluminum extrusion profiles and PVC compounds.
